 Ms. Deepti Madhav Deshmukh

B.Sc., DMLT | Yoga Teacher | Animal Welfare Activist

Ms. Deepti Deshmukh is a dedicated animal welfare activist with over 27 years of selfless service to stray and injured animals. She feeds nearly 350 stray animals daily and has treated more than 22,000 animals free of cost, including dogs, cats, birds, goats and other injured animals.

Despite not being a certified veterinarian, she has mastered emergency animal care through years of hands-on experience, including wound treatment, infection management, vaccination and even chemotherapy support for cancer-affected animals.

Her work has been recognized by the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records, and she has received multiple state-level social awards including Nari Shakti Puraskar and Rotary Excellence Awards. She was also honored at Raj Bhavan by the Governor of Maharashtra.

Along with animal welfare, she actively works for tribal welfare, healthcare support, and social service initiatives.

Mr. Sunil Keshavrao Ingole

IT Professional | Youth Mentor

Mr. Sunil Ingole is an IT professional with a strong interest in entrepreneurship and youth empowerment. He actively motivates young individuals to develop their skills, become self-reliant, and explore entrepreneurial opportunities.

He believes in technology-driven growth and supports initiatives that encourage innovation, digital skills, and sustainable career development among youth.

Mr. Shashikant Atmaram Kenjale

Branding Consultant | Media Strategist | Social Educator

Mr. Shashikant Kenjale is a branding consultant and media professional with expertise in corporate branding, product positioning, and communication strategy. He is the founder of Wise Media Communication, offering services in branding, logo design, print media, and digital marketing.

With education in graphic design and filmmaking, he is deeply passionate about arts, theatre, anchoring, singing, and journalism. He also works as a news anchor and social communicator.

Through Wise Media Institute, he trains youth in graphic design, video editing, filmmaking, and social media marketing. Through The Mumbai Talent, he promotes dance, acting, singing, and communication skills development.

He actively works toward rural development through the “Gram Setu” initiative, helping youth access government schemes and promoting self-reliance and skill development.
